Health Requirements
Horses must be weaned, on feed, healthy, and from a  facility free of illness. If a horse arrives ill or becomes ill soon after, it may need to return home until recovered (trainer's discretion).

Communication with Owner
Most horses take between 2-6 weeks to complete the program. Owners receive updates (often with videos). Upon completion of the program, owners will receive a “report card” detailing the horse's progress and temperament. Payment is due in full to the trainer. upon completion of training.

If a horse is injured or ill, the owner will be notified immediately. If unreachable, the trainer may call a vet if needed; the owner is responsible for all related costs.
